Please make sure that you read our Terms & Conditions before you make use of our website and contact us immediately if you have any issues/problems.

By making use or browsing through our Website, you accept the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree to the following, then you are not able to make use of our website.

TechPoinT does not exclude the fact that the Terms & Conditions can be revised from time to time.

Use of Site

Unless otherwise stated, the TechPoint Website is for personal/reseller use only and cannot be used for modification, redistribution, copying, transmission, reproduction, publishing, or transferring of material from our website.

Any abuse of use, spam sent via e-mail, or anything which can lead to damage to the TechPoinT website is strictly forbidden and will not be accepted at any costs.

We would be satisfied to hear from you at any given time and will be eager to assist you in all your queries. Please understand that responses might be delayed according to the previous queries/e-mails that we would have. Therefore if you have not received back from us please allow a minimum of 24-48 Hours before you re-send the same e-mails as we will do our best to send back as soon as possible.

TechPoinT Terms & Conditions – Products & Services

Please make sure that you read our Terms & Conditions on our Products/Services offered to you, our clientele.

Warranty

Warranty is given as a minimum of 1 Year Warranty and a maximum of 10 Years Warranty.

*(Lifetime Warranty: A product has an actual lifetime of approximately 5-10 Years; this term could be used instead of stating the exact year period).

*Minimum of 1 Year is in progress to become Minimum of 2 Years on ALL Products.

A 5 Year Warranty period is given on Labour/Service.

NO Warranty is given on any Original Software/Games.

Property of Goods

Any Goods/Services given to the End-User/Reseller are to be held as Property of TechPoinT until the full payment is made. TechPoinT stands the right to withdraw the products/charge additional fines if Payments are not handed in the allowed given period of time.

On-Consignment/Credit

These terms are exclusively available to our Top Resellers and specific agreements are made. Other Terms & Conditions are given on this specific topic.

Prices

Prices can change without any prior notice and TechPoinT is not held liable. Prices can fluctuate due to currency fluctuations, taxes or any other unforeseen charges.

Prices appear in Maltese Liri and Euro according to the Maltese Government Law and TechPoinT will do it’s outmost to follow the regulations to allow our users to follow easily the changeover of our Maltese Currency into the Euro Currency.

Returns/Credit

Returns are accepted if the product is reported faulty and within the warranty period. Packaging must be returned and must be in a good condition. TechPoinT can refuse any return if the return does not reach the requirements.

A Credit Note is given on the client’s account at all times or else a replacement is given.

Exceptions

Software will not be replaced under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated.

No returns are accepted on Power Products such as Batteries, UPS, Power Supply Units, etc. even if the damage done is an Act of God.

(New products should cover the majority of these exceptions and TechPoinT will make sure to advise which product has which type of warranty).

TFT monitors are not replaced at all times, only according to the specific models. Several brands have a 3 dead pixel warranty – 7 dead pixel warranty.

Delivery

Normal deliveries are carried out every week but no guarantee can be given if the products are not delivered in time, unless otherwise stated.

TechPoinT stands the right to ask for a delivery fee if the amount/price of goods to be delivered is not substantial enough to cover our expenses.
